Managing your account effectively ensures you get the most out of Top DigiMedia.

Profile Settings

Navigate to Settings > Profile to update your display name, avatar, and contact email. Keeping this information up to date helps us tailor the experience to you.

Subscription & Billing

We offer three tiers of service:

• Free: Perfect for hobbyists. Limited credits per month.
• Pro: For professional creators. Increased limits and faster generation speeds.
• Ultra: For agencies and teams. Unlimited generation and priority support.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Security

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if available (coming soon). Always use a strong, unique password.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at support@topdigimedia.com. Note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
