Encountering issues? Here are solutions to common problems.

Generation Failed

If a generation fails, check:

  1. Internet Connection: Ensure you are stable.
  2. Credits: Verify you have enough credits in your plan.
  3. Content Policy: Ensure your prompt doesn't violate our safety guidelines (NSFW, hate speech, etc.).

Slow Performance

Generation times vary by model complexity.

  • Text: Usually < 5 seconds.
  • Images: Can take 10-30 seconds. If it takes longer, the servers might be under high load. Try again in a minute.

Login Issues

  • Forgot Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
  • Session Expired: Refresh the page and log in again.
